About FOSNNI

Flag Officer Scotland, Northern England and Northern Ireland (FOSNNI) is a Rear Admiral based at Her Majesty’s Naval Base Clyde at Faslane. as the Royal Navy's senior officer in Scotland FOSNNI has representational duties everywhere North of the M4.   He is also responsible for all Royal Navy and Royal Marines recruiting, cadet forces and the service's engagement with society across the UK.  As Flag Officer Reserves he commands the Royal Naval and Royal Marines Reserves.
